Gabriel Comerford is a founding member of MakeShift Dance Collective.  His practice includes performance, installation, choreography, teaching and mentoring. He has been a dancer for Dancenorth (Townsville), Compagnié MADO (New Caledonia) and Israeli company Tami Dance (whilst in Brisbane). Recently he returned from a three-month Asialink residency at Rimbun Dahan (Malaysia), developing and presenting a new work, Uncommon Ground.
